These parmesan kale chips are a healthy alternative to potato chips. Try this recipe and satisfy the family’s craving for crunchy, salty snacks!

INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of kale, cleaned and torn into small pieces
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, if desired
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper; spray paper with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, toss ingredients until kale is evenly coated. Place on cookie sheet in a single layer.
Bake 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking, until chips are crisp. Store them in an airtight container.
Tip: You can also make chips using sweet potato, zucchini and spinach!
