Where does cabi ship?

  • If you’re purchasing from a U.S. Stylist, cabi uses FedEx to ship to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. At the moment, our system will not allow you to ship to P.O. boxes, international, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • If you’re purchasing from a Canadian Stylist, cabi ships using Landmark Global to all provinces except Québec.
  • If you’re purchasing from a U.K. Stylist, cabi ships using Landmark Global to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Cabi won’t deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Ireland.

What are your shipping rates?

United States

  • Cabi offers free shipping for orders placed at a show, through cabi Tap, or online that are shipped directly to the Hostess. (Special rates apply to Alaska and Hawaii.)
  • See the chart below for shipping options and rates for cabionline.com or cabi Tap orders not connected to a show.
  • Cabi covers the shipping cost for even exchanges or new orders when placed within 7 days of a return.
  • Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped by FedEx 2nd Day Air and incur special delivery charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We want to be sure you love your cabi pieces, so returns and exchanges are easy! Contact your cabi Stylist within 30 days of your order delivery to let her know you’d like to make a return or exchange, and she’ll create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for you.

What return shipping method can I use to send items back to cabi?

United States

  • Pre-paid FedEx Label: Returns can be shipped at any FedEx Store, placed in a FedEx drop box, or given to a FedEx driver. The package arrives at cabi within two weeks and is traceable and insured.
  • Pre-paid SmartPost Label: Returns can be shipped at a local post office, placed in a U.S. Postal Service drop box, or given to a U.S. Postal Service mail carrier. The package arrives at cabi within three weeks and is traceable and is not insured.
  • Address Label: You can choose your own shipping method and will be responsible for the cost and insurance (if desired). Delivery time will vary based on the chosen shipping method.

Canada

  • Pre-paid Canada Post Label: Print and affix your Canada Post label to your package, and drop it off at a local Canada Post office or give it to a Canada Post mail carrier.
  • Address Label: You can choose your own shipping method and will be responsible for the cost and insurance (if desired). Delivery time will vary based on the chosen shipping method.

United Kingdom

  • Pre-paid U.K. Label: Print and affix your label to your package, and drop it off at an Evri drop off.
  • Address Label: You can choose your own shipping method and will be responsible for the cost and insurance (if desired). Delivery time will vary based on the chosen shipping method.

What is the return shipping fee?

When using one of cabi’s pre-paid return shipping options, a flat $5 (£3) return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. However, this return shipping fee will be waived if:

  • An item is exchanged for the same item in a different size or color.
  • An item is returned for a refund and a new order is placed within 7 days from the date the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) was created.

If I decide to do an exchange, where I send my item back for processing and then cabi sends out the new item, when will I receive my new item?

For exchanges, cabi sends the new item within 10-13 business days of the original item arriving back at cabi. If inventory is no longer available for this piece, cabi automatically issues you a refund, based on your original method of payment.

How will I receive my refund?

  • If your order was paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to your credit card.
  • If your order was paid by cabi Gift Card, a refund will go back onto the cabi Gift Card.
  • If the payment on the original order was split between a credit card and a cabi Gift Card, the entire refund will be issued to the credit card.
  • If the payment on the original order was paid for by cash or check, then the refund will be issued back to the customer in the form of a company check.
