Picking the right outfit for your height can be a challenge. If you’re on the shorter side, you likely know the struggle of too-long tops or unintentionally oversized jackets. On the other hand, if you’re on the taller side, you may experience the exact opposite—accidental crop tops and seemingly shrunken jackets! If this sounds like something you’ve dealt with, we’ve got some great news for you…the struggle is over.
With a few subtle styling adjustments, any outfit can work for you no matter your height! The pieces in our Fall 2019 Collection are some of the most versatile ones yet. Did someone say Uniquely Us? Our mission to represent all backgrounds, shapes, and sizes led us to create a Collection that’s truly accessible to all women. To that end, we’re here with styling tips to help all women look their best in some of our favorite pieces from the Collection. Our two models Nicole, 6′, and Morgan, 5’2″, have drastically different heights. Have a look below at the three outfits we put together, and read about how to style them for your height! Be sure to check out the video to see them in action.
Tall – Cape the Deco Cardigan over your shoulders for a carefree flare. Front tuck the Chase Blouse, and style the look with over-the-knee boots to add some flattering divisions to your outfit at the waist and knees.
Short – Do a subtle front tuck of the Chase Blouse to nip you in at the waist. This styling tip is also great if you have high-waisted trousers. Tie the Deco Cardigan at your neck for a unique layering option.
Featured Items: Chase Blouse, Deco Cardigan, Button Fly Skinny
Accessories For Both: Over-The-Knee Boots
Tall – Try a front tuck of the Lacey Tee and cape the Bond Blazer at your shoulders. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even try a side tuck for an eye-pleasing asymmetrical hemline. And don’t let anyone talk you out of wearing heels just because you’re tall…try this look with a mule heel!
Short – Tie the belt in the back of the Bond Blazer, and wear long boots for an elongating effect. High heels aren’t the only way to give the illusion of height—try alternative styling techniques that still add length but save your feet, like a flat over-the-knee boot!
Featured Items: Bond Blazer, Lacey Tee, Cinch Skinny, Tudor Necklace, Tudor Cuff
Accessories for Tall: Mule Heels
Accessories for Short: Over-The-Knee Boots
Tall – Flaunt your legs by showcasing your favorite pair of tights! Think of tights as yet another accessory to experiment with. Pick a fun pattern or an alluring sheer opacity, and go for a small bootie to really show them off!
Short – Add a belt to accentuate your waist and elongate the look of your legs. This technique can easily be added into your daily mix—after all, your legs really start at your waist right? Adding black skinny jeans to this look and pairing with black boots will also provide an extending illusion.

Accessories for Tall: Ankle Boots
